We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2024, at the age of 75, William Carter of Dayton, Washington, born in Walla Walla, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Carter and Katherine Carter; his uncle Alvin; his aunt Donnabelle Fry; his son-in-law Clint Atteberry; his former wife Linda Carter (Romine); and his father-in-law Fritz Voros.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Carter of Kooskia, ID and Christina Atteberry of Dayton; his granddaughter Jessie Atteberry of Spokane; his sister Wilma Heaton (Gordon Farley) of Springfield, OR; and his mother-in-law Rosalie Kilmer of Walla Walla.
