He is survived by: his daughter Terrie LaVonne Kenoyer Swartz (Kevin); his brother James Richard Pruitt; his grandchildren, Michael, Layne, Karl Hawks, Ashleigh and Kelianne Swartz; and his great grandchildren, Hudson Hawks, Hailynn and Autumn.
