We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2023, at the age of 96, Helen Caroline Phillips in Davenport, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Donna Conner (Steve Vieau) of Buckley, WA and Gary Phillips (Lillian) of Davenport, WA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
