He is survived by: his siblings, DeeDee Burnell (Jerry), Diane Beauchamp and Shawn Beauchamp; his children, Travis Beauchamp (LaSonya) of Everett, WA, Jessica Lew (Jack) of West Linn, OR and Trudy DeValcourt of New Orleans; and his grandchildren, Shawn, Kadyn, Iyanna Beauchamp, Lennox, Ione and Bexly Lew. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
