She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence Walton and Berna Walton (Kastning); her brothers, Terry and Jerry; her former husband Carl Kophs (Kapocias); her husband Howard Boggs; her children, Bernadette Kapocias, Beth Kapocias, Carl Kapocias and Sarah Kapocias; her stepchildren, Willow Baus (Tomkins), Marika Tomkins, Zack Boggs, Adam Boggs and Mylissa Gonzales (Boggs); and her uncles, Marvin (Joan) and Mervin. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, her brothers.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to United Way of Walla Walla or a charity of the donor's choice.
