He was predeceased by: his siblings, Willadee Tallman, Bill and John; and his parents, John Worthington and Elizabeth Worthington.
He is survived by: his former wife Karen Petherick; his daughters, Ell Worthington and Beth Lloyd (Howard); and his grandsons, Howie and Connor Lloyd (Christina). He is also survived by many nieces, and one nephew.
