He is survived by: his parents, Garret Holtrop and Mary Holtrop (Fassett); his children, Larry Holtrop, Gary Holtrop and Anne (Steven James); and his grandchildren, Christopher Engler, Kimberly, Holli, Shaina James and Chris.
