He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dilling and Florence Dilling; and his siblings, Jerry Dilling and Karen McLaughlin. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Dilling (Bush); his children, Jaime Palmer, Darin Dilling and Rache' Alsept (Steve); his granddaughters, Shalin Hendershott (Matthew), Jalee Palmer, Hannah Palmer, Katie Hunt (Spencer), Riley Alsept-Willis (Ryan), Savannah Johnson (Henry) and Karli Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Mattie, Morgan, Damon, Holden, Hudson, Virginia and Elliana.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, donations can be made to the Seabees Scholarship Fund for children of Seabees to continue their education.
