It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leola Elaine of Curlew, Washington, who passed away at the age of 90, on September 2, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Buckner and Nellie Buckner (Woody); her husband Arthur (Dude); and her siblings, Robert and Darlene.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Thiele, Roland (Debra Thiele), Roger (JoAnn Thiele), Joy (Ron Russel) and Susan (Keith Wakefield). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and loved nieces and nephews.
Due to pandemic restrictions, a community memorial will be planned at a later date next spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Curlew Civic Club or Curlew Community Church.
