He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Dougliss and Nancy Dougliss; his significant other Annette Aulenbach Dougliss; his children, Zachary Dougliss, Greg Dougliss, Christine and Josh Mann; his grandchildren, Elijah, Ayden, Asher, Leo, Michael, Jack and Lilly; and his nieces and nephews, Mindi Fatigate, Darci Ridenhour, Pam Dougliss and Todd.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (1515 E College Way, Mount Vernon, WA 98273).
In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to Skagit Cancer Center or Conway Volunteer Fire Department.
