He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Kevin Eilmes (Diane) of Yakima, Karen VanDyke (Bruce) of Connell and Kurt Eilmes (Erin) of Colorado Springs; his grandchildren, Kimberly Brown, Kourtney Purkeypyle (Doug), Isaac Eilmes, Austin Eilmes and Elyse Eilmes; and his great grandchild Chloe Purkeypyle.
In his honor, the family would appreciate donations to Christian Aid Center of Walla Walla or Meals on Wheels in his name.
