He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Barker and Ralph Barker; and his son Dale D Allison "Chuck". He is survived by: his brother Richard Barker; his wife Valerie; and his children, Richard Barker of Susanville, CA, Ralph Barker of Lemoore, CA, Susan (Gordon Towne) of Concrete, WA and Sandra (Ralph Prothero) of Mount Vernon, WA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and another great granddaughter.
A small graveside service to be held at Hawthorne Funeral Home on Friday January 21 at 11:00 am Masks, vaccination and social distancing required.
