He is survived by: his significant other Karen of Concrete; his children, Renata Mapes of Bellingham and Paul Mapes Crosby (Lisa) of Marysville; his stepdaughters, Paige Moore (Gillian Parke) of Seattle and Kimberly Poe (Daniel) of Fairview; his grandchildren, Emma Moore and Michael Moore; his sister Debbie Nickerson (Rob) of Concrete; and his nephews, Carl Nickerson, Christopher Nickerson, Brian Stroh and Chris Gallagher.
