With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laurel Rae Woodward in Colville, Washington, born in Ellensburg, Washington, who passed away on January 7, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shaw and Evelyn Shaw (Dau); her husband Jim; her sister Teresa McGinnes; and her sons-in-law, Kim Asplund and Patrick Carney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Asplund of Mead, WA, Paula Page and Roberta Carney; her siblings, Nancy Richardson of Nine Mile, WA and Jonathan Shaw (Liz); her grandchildren, Shannon McCalip (James Releford), Jessica Krebs (Eric) and Louise Curtiss (Jeffrey); and her great grandchildren, Ashley, Aleia, James and Rose.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Laurel's honor can be made to the Stevens County Sheriff Ambulance.
