She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Phipps and Shannon Phipps (Cook); her in-laws, George and Elsa Wolfe (Tracy); her brother Dwayne "Pudge" Phipps; and her brothers-in-law, Dale, Charles and Dean (Jan Wolfe).
She is survived by: her children, Jeannie Ross of Colville and Dan Wolfe (JuLee) of Ocean Shores, WA; her grandchildren, Kali Schumacher (Chad) and Danner Ross; her great grandchild Aaron Schumacher; her brothers, Bennie Phipps (Martha) and Kelly Phipps; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Phipps of Colville, Sharon Padilla (Greg) of Bulverde, TX and Dana Wolfe (Diana) of Morton, WA.
