He is survived by: his former wife Mary; his wife Carolyn; his children, Charles "Eddie" Coogan (Jimi Coogan) of Bend, OR, Serena Kelly (Tim Kelly) of Eugene, OR, Cary Coogan (Annie Coogan) of Springfield, OR and Shelley Ferrando (Mauro Ferrando) of Boise, ID; his grandchildren, Serena "Kristine" Coogan, Chloe Kelly, Haley Coogan and Alex Coogan; his brother Jay Coogan (Nancy Coogan) of Kettle Falls, WA; and his stepbrothers, Greg Busby of Colville, WA and Rod Busby (Kathy Busby) of Slidell, LA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
