He is survived by: his former wife Cathy; his child Joulan "Joey"; his wife Vivian; his children, Tony Puckett (Gabriela) and Joey Puckett (Jeremy Rauschenberg); and his stepchildren, Joseph Tate and Rebecca Tate. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
