He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Putnam and Goldie Putnam; and his sister Josephine Putnam Bockler (Florence Lee Putnam). He is survived by: his children, Jim Putnam (Nancy) of Inchelium, Fred Putnam (Tena) of Inchelium and Julia Putnam (Bob Bergman) of Seattle. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 14 great-grand children.
