With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Ottis Hegney of Colville, Washington, born in Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on January 14, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ottis Hegney and Minnie Hegney (Jantz); his former wife Emma Barden; his daughters, Jessica and Alisa; his stepdaughter Carol Anderson; his wife Sylvia; his siblings, Alice, Esther, Phyllis, Raymond and Clifford; his children, Belinda, Les, Marshall, Robin, Russell, Tracy and Kasey; and his stepchildren, Dale, Don, Hank and Victoria. He was also cherished by 52 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation to Shriner's Children's Hospital in Spokane be made.
