She is survived by: her sons, Dustin Carter (Liz) of Colton, WA and Shane Carter (Elizabeth Bright) of Linden, Virginia; her siblings, Terry, Michael Plackner and Kathy Eck; and her grandchildren, Zakiah, Kamden, Jeremiah and Bradley.
