He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Pettyjohn and Louise Fausti Pettyjohn Love; and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Dollyjean Pettyjohn; and his children, Kim Julian (Ron), Michael (Kriss), Keith (Michelle) and Howard (Teresa). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
