She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wert and Irene Wert (DeRoin); her brother Thomas Wert; and her brother-in-law John Destito. She is survived by: her husband David; her sons, Jeremy Destito and Justin Destito; her daughter-in-law Brenna Destito; her grandson Isaac Destito; her siblings, William Wert (Billy) of Milton-Freewater, Debra Austin (Robert) of Walla Walla and Susan K. Talon of Walla Walla; her parent-in-law Emilio Destito-Buttice of Walla Walla; her brothers-in-law, Mark Destito (Pinar) of Bangkok and Dan Destito of Everett, WA.; her aunts, Jean and Betty Hults of Everett; and also, Justin, Jean and Carmy Destito-Buttice of Walla Walla. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
