He was predeceased by: his parents, Eusebio Castilleja and Dominga Castilleja; his daughters, Dora Reyes and Lupe; his son-in-law Tito Munoz; his granddaughters, Crisi Reyes, Elsa Escalante, Sylvia Munoz and Raquel Munoz; and his sisters, Maria Antonia Nino, Maria Consuelo Huereca, Maria Concepcion Castilleja and Maria Guadalupe Castilleja.
He is survived by: his spouse Feliciana Hernandez; his siblings, Jaime Castilleja, Maria Hinojosa and Teresa Gonzalez-Castilleja; his son-in-law Olegario Reyes; his grandchildren, Manuel Escalante, Enrique Munoz (Carmen), Adrian Reyes (Eileen), Arminda Munoz and Rozina Munoz; his great grandchildren, Angelica Escalante-Niebla (Angel), Aime Escalante, Lorenzo, Mateo Reyes, Hakim, Iris, Kayla, Teresa Marquez, Leilani and Azure Munoz; and his great great grandchild Ariana Niebla.
