She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Paul and Margaret Elodie Stone Zaro Sr.; her husband Don; and her son Mitchell Hamper. She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Lynn Anderson (Mike) of Milton Freewater; her daughter-in-law Sandy Hamper of Odessa; her stepson Dean Hamper of Milton Freewater; her granddaughters, Sarah Herrera of Walla Walla, Casey Hamper of Almira, Cassie Hamper of Milton Freewater, Caitlin Rosman of Odessa and Celeste Langley of College Place; and her siblings, Kathy Miotke of Spokane, Michelle Lefore of Milton Freewater, Anne Zaro of Spokane, Nick Zaro Jr., Tony Zaro and Spike. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
