As Jerry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jerry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jerry leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Herman and Stella Inder Zahl; and his brothers, Robert and Carl. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Eubanks of College Place, WA; his son Andrew (Devyn Meilleur); and his siblings, Patty Reid of Walla Walla, WA, Kathy Young (Bill) of Pasco, WA, John Zahl (Cindy) of Walla Walla, WA and David Zahl (Nancy Boudreaux) of Walla Walla, WA. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
