She was predeceased by: her parents, Concepcion Ybarra and Ysidra Ybarra Luna; her husband Carlos Rios; her sisters, Paula and Maria; and her great grandchild Carmyne Luna Cruz.
She is survived by: her children, Martina Rios Cruz, Gilberto Rios, Teresa Rios (Gutierrez), Maria L. Rios (Sandoval), Rosanna Rios (Lugo) and Angelica Rios; her brothers, Jose Concepcion Ybarra of Texas and Juan Jose Ybarra of Walla Walla; and her sons-in-law, Jose Santos Gutierrez (Teresa), Ramon Sandoval (Lucy) and Salvador Lugo (Rosanna). She is also survived by her grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
