He was predeceased by: his sister Kristy Casey. He is survived by: his daughter Laurie (Barac); his grandchildren, Caleb and Becky; his son George; his wife Melissa (Bassham); his daughter Sylvie; his parent Earl; his children, Lisa and Shawn; and his grandson Luke. He is also survived by his mother, two children, three grandchildren, a nephew, a niece and a grandnephew.
