She was predeceased by: her parents, Ila Burnap and Leland Burnap; and her sister Glenna Louise Burnap. She is survived by: her husband Donald Brashear; and her children, Wendy, Donnetta, Jennifer, Becky, Danielle, Scott and Kenneth. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
