She was predeceased by: her father Earl "Poppy" Leavitt; and her brother Gerald "Scott" Leavitt. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Allen; her siblings, Julie Miller, Trudy Baker, Terry Leavitt and Tonya Leavitt; her son Clayton Farrow; her granddaughter Megan Farrow; her children-in-law, Rachel Farrow and Sam Perry; her grandchildren, Opal, Ruby, Stryker and Wrenley Perry; and her friends, Dan, Paula Elsom and Dee "Momma Dee" Ojeda.
