He is survived by: his aunt Dorothy Lowe; his family, Anne Lowe and Corrine Lowe; his sister Corrine Lowe (Anne Lowe); his daughters, Dee Anne Hill (Douglas) and Stephanie Lynn Dever (Arthur); and his great grandchildren, Marcus Quet Hill (Jamie), Ian Allistaire Hill, Mandie Dever, Felesha Dever (Ava) and James Garrett.
