It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Richardson of Colfax, Washington, born in Bengough, Saskatchewan, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Mossing and Mabel Mossing (Anderson); her husband Dale Culbertson; and her stepson Craig Culbertson. She is survived by: her siblings, Doreen Dersch of Canada, Bruce Mossing of Canada and Eleanor Boechler of Canada. She is also survived by her three siblings.
