We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2021, at the age of 90, Robert W Tulin of Colfax, Washington, born in Seattle, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tulin and Vivian Tulin (Shattuck); his wife Shirley; and his son Daniel Tulin. He is survived by: his children, Kristine Tulin of Colfax and Kenneth Tulin (Phyllis Dunn) of Anchorage, AK; his sister Edythe Macomber of Port Angeles; his grandchildren, Jessica Campbell (Lee Cook), Evie Geier (Conrad) and Michael Dostal; and his great grandchildren, Adriana, Jacob, Charlotte, Elise, Paisley and Lucas.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Whitman Hospital Foundation.
