He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McIntosh and Nicatie McIntosh (Baugh); and his siblings, Reese and Nicki Ellen. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Hesse; his daughters, Kris McIntosh, Kim McIntosh and Kerri Jensen (Eric); his grandchildren, Rhoddy, Joey and Katie Jo; his son Michael McIntosh; and his grandchildren, Ashley and Jake. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
