He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Perkins and Sylvia Decker Perkins; his wife Pat; his children, Brett Perkins, Leigh Ford, Robert Kirsch, Christina Watkins, Melinda Harrington, Kimber Kirsch and Joseph Perkins; his sister Michelle Owens; and his son Benjamin Perkins. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial gifts in his memory be to the Benjamin Perkins Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o Banner Bank in Pullman or to a favorite charity.
