He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Frederick Pettit II and Elizabith Lucille Pettit; his sibling Marquell; his former wife Kathy Stephens; his children, Katey Pettit, Cassidy Pettit Urrutia, Lucas Pettit and Tyler Pettit; his wife Ellen Moore; his stepdaughters, Shirly Miller, Diane Johnson and Jobeth Demasi; his close friend Ellen; and his brother Kevin. He was also cherished by his four children, eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
