He is survived by: his wife Kathy Davies of Odessa; his children, Dean Wigen (Donna), Leilani Carpenter (Glenn), Lesley Price (Paul) and Wendy Hanes (John) of Airway Heights, Washington; his grandchildren, Dirk, Jacob, Jason, Lane, Jacqueline and Valerie; his great grandchildren, Rila Rose, Lauren Grace, Kenna Lynn, Granger Norman, Hadley Ray, Blakely Rose and Scarlett Mae; and his siblings, Phil Wigen of Santa Rosa and Janet Wigen of Apache Junction, Arizona..
