He is survived by: his children, Debra Hergert (Phil) and John Hayfield (Amy); and his grandchildren, Brian Rhodes (Brianna), Steve Rhodes (Brooke), Rob Hayfield and Riley Hayfield. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be made in his name to the Colfax Golf Course.
