We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2023, at the age of 86, Gunder Wigen Aune of Colfax, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gunder Aune and Beatrice Aune (Wigen); and his siblings, Corrine Spitzer, Phyllis Stueckle, John Aune and Dwight Aune.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Leinweber Aune; his children, Gunder Joel (Dory), Matthew Jay (Patti), Jeffrey Eugene (Trish) and Julie Ann Kincaid (Dennis); and his siblings, Ann Emerson, Gene and Norm. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
His family suggests memorials be made to the Selbu Lutheran Church Cemetery Trust or Selbu Lutheran Church, care of Judy Aune, 1705 N. Oak Street, Colfax, WA 99111.
