He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Sherfey and Anni Sherfey; his aunt Ruth; his uncle Myron Cutting; his children, Larry (Lauri), Paul and Gloria; his pets, Cougar and Zag; his wife Florence Cloaninger Sherfey; his sister Joan (Ken); his grandchildren, Casey and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Behren and Elliot. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Whitman County Humane Society or to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Colfax, Washington.
