He is survived by: his mother Anna Marie Creel; his sons, Kenneth Edward Smith (Jessica) and Kyle David Smith; his wife Julie Herman Smith; his daughter Sara Mader (Kevin); his grandchildren, Falon, Vincent and Farrah; his son Mark Brownell (Michaela); his grandchildren, Ava, Kade, Ariella, Aidric, Savannah and Colton; and his siblings, Christine Smith, Debra McKracken, Diane Cupples, Mike Smith and Dave Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
