He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Clayton and Helen Elaine Culbertson (Rubin). He is survived by: his former wife Melanie Gronholz; his wife Andrea; his sisters, Susan Jackman and Robin Erickson (Leif) of Colfax, WA; his children, Rachell Anderson (Travis) of Spokane, WA, Ryan Culbertson (Melynda) of Milton, FL, Levi Culbertson (Tania Valencia Hernández) of León, Mexico and Cassie Miller of Spokane, WA; and his stepchildren, Muir of Portland, OR and Jarré Lyman of Portland, OR. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
