He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Carper and Roy Carper; his brother Bernard Carper; and his sister-in-law Kathryn Carper. He is survived by: his wife Fayetta Roberts; and his children, Desirie Lynch (Tim) of Lewiston, Monte Carper (Rae Anne) of St. John, Amber Snyder (Scott) of Lewiston, Tina Humphreys (Tony) of Kendrick and Aaron Carper (Tasha) of Lewiston. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Idaho State Veterans Home, 821 21st Ave., Lewiston.
