He is survived by: his father Jimmie Witters; his close friend Pam Ingram; his siblings, Glenn Witters (Jennifer), Rob Witters (Sarah) of Clarkston, WA, Susie Earl (Ed) of Asotin, WA and Jodie Oliver (Bill) of Cody, WY.; his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Kristin, Rhanda, Bandy, Melanie, Chelsea, Zane, Derek, Nikki, Andrew and Maximus; and also, Rick, Josh and Eloise Miller.
