He was predeceased by: his wife Myrna; his parents, Joseph Manly Copeland and Erica Copeland (Moore); and his siblings, David, Joseph, Art and Mollie.
He is survived by: his children, Linda (Gil) of Spokane, Tony (Revay) of Clarkston, Connie (Patrick) of Columbia Falls, Mont, Dana (Laurel) of Spokane and Rich Jr. of Clarkston. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and multiple nieces and nephews.
