He was predeceased by: his father Charles B. Phillips; and his brother Billy Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Michele Phillips; his sons, Brandon, Josh and Bradley Phillips (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Leo Phillips and Lucy Phillips.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Eagles (505 Maple St, Clarkston, WA 99403).
