Virginia May Pierce Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia May Pierce of Chewelah, Washington, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Virginia May may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Claude Scheibner and Effie Virginia Funk Scheibner; her husband Donald; and her brothers, James Scheibner of Albuquerque, NM and William Scheibner of Kennewick, WA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Danekas Funeral Chapel (402 E Main Ave, Chewelah, WA 99109).
