He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Kassa and Gertrude Rose Kassa (Hansmeier); his son-in-law Mike Day; his wife Martha Kassa of Chewelah, WA; his children, Gina Day of Surprise, AZ, Dan Kassa (Naching) of Waitts Lake, WA, Amy Elliott (Kip) of Chattaroy, WA, Isaac Kassa of Shreveport, LA and Stephanie Bailey (Curtis) of Post Falls, ID; his siblings, Thomas Kassa (Colleen), Trudy Jones (Jerry), Janet Fallon (Mark), Joanne Cushman (Bill), Kathy Cushman (Ron), Sheri Ward (Mike) and John Kassa (Connie); his grandchildren, Tara McCanna (Bo), Mikey Day, Joshua Kassa, Stephya Kassa, Emmit Kassa, Calli Lou Girnus (Gus), Charlie Elliott, Marissa Kassa and Gavin Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Mylie, Darrin, Meagan, Jack, Hannah McCanna, Tehya, Raelee, Kaylena Day, Emmy Lou, Gus V and Grisham Girnus. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
