He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dale and Louise A. Scott (Bates). He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Schneiter; his granddaughter Kamayah Grainger of Huntingtown, MD; and his brother Wilbur Scott (Connie) of Spokane Valley, WA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
