She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Collins and Ada Collins (Nance); her husband Bill McIntosh; and her siblings, Mildred, Luella, Lewis and Dan.
She is survived by: her children, Marc McIntosh (Linda), Billie Carter (Ron) and Dani Leslie; and her grandchildren, Mike McIntosh, Liz McIntosh and Karl Leslie.
