It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Annette Kays (Cheney, Washington), born in Camas, Washington, who passed away on November 26, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her stepson Dan; and her stepgranddaughter Rachael. She is survived by: her parents, Wilbur Heiser and Olive Heiser; her brother Robert Heiser; her husband Vern Kays; her children, Debbie Means (Mike), Judy Miller (Rodger Wagner) and Brian Buck (Tammie); her stepdaughters, Robin Kaplan and Joan Beverly (Marshall); and her pet Louie.
